Confluence (poem)

Confluence
With a meeting of eyes two worlds become one
From the top of a tower there is no need to run
"Let down these walls
You have built them so high"
With a word and a token
An entrance she will find
A human so sweet so tender so kind
To turn her away this choice is not mine
She enters discreetly she knows who you are
She is asking for your love she comes from afar
Your name will be sung on the mountains of earth
The forests they flourish with familiar worth
She gives you her love to her you give too
Through the changing of seasons this love only grew
In life newfound meaning you know she's the one
whos uncovering your life's fabric these threads come undone
With nothing to cover you hold her so tight
With the touch of our lips I feel I just might
Stay here forever, wont you stay too?
We kiss one last time I bid her adieu
